Our pricing structure comprises of a one-off charge for the initial build of your website followed by a monthly charge for the ongoing support, updates and hosting. Our website build prices start at £700 with 50% due upfront and the remaining 50% on completion. Based on the information you provide us we will give you a quotation for the design & development of your website.
If you are happy with the quote we have provided and would like to proceed, we require that you pay 50% of the agreed price upfront as a deposit (the remaining 50% is due when you are happy with the website and ready for it to go live). We will send you an invoice for this and once this has been paid and make a start.
We’ll let you know exactly what we need from you to get started on the website. This will include information about your business such as the products/services you offer, who your target customers are and who your main competitors are. If you would like a meeting with us, we would be more than happy to meet either at our premises or yours, or if you prefer, you can provide the information via email or over the phone.
We will build your website on a password-protected URL so that only you can view it by logging in with details we will provide you with. We will aim to have the main home page ready to show you within 1 week of you paying your first 50% invoice (and providing us with the required info) and in most cases it will be quicker than this.
We will liaise with you regularly during the development stage to ensure you are happy with how your website is looking. We will build the rest of the pages and make the website mobile responsive so that it looks good on a range of devices.
When the website is at the stage that you are happy for it to go live, we will send you the invoice for the remaining 50%.
Once you have paid the remaining 50%, we will aim to get your website live on your domain as quickly as we can, usually within 1 working day.
We offer 3 monthly packages for our ongoing support and hosting services which you can view here. For the majority of our customers, the £40 package is the best option. Should you require any changes making to your website, simply get in touch with us either by phone or email and we can make the change for you. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to be more hands on, we can provide you with a login to your website so that you can make changes yourself.
